In this role you will lead the scientific strategy across global clinical development programs in neuroscience, driving translational insight into clinical execution and regulatory strategy. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to shape high-impact programs that advance innovative therapies to patients worldwide. You’ll influence regulatory submissions, safety monitoring, and decision-making across development lifecycles in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide clinical leadership and strategic medical input across global clinical development programs
• Lead development of clinical sections for regulatory submissions, briefing documents, and investigator materials
• Drive execution of clinical programs in partnership with trial leaders and cross-functional integral teams
• Oversee trial data review, interpretation, and reporting including CSR and publications




• Support benefit-risk assessment and safety monitoring with patient safety teams
• Engage with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards
• Contribute to clinical strategy, standards development, and global initiatives across development functions
Responsabilidades
• Medical degree
• Specialization in Neuromuscular or Neuroscience/Neurodegeneration and/or Movement disorders
• Experience in Gene Therapy research, especially CAR-T (highly desirable)
• Several years in clinical xqbhyrx research or global drug development across early and late phases
• Proven experience leading or contributing to global clinical trials (planning, execution, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of trial methodology, regulatory requirements, and GCP
• Ability to analyse and communicate complex clinical data
• Experience working in global, cross-functional, matrixed environments with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
