In this role you govern demand and ensure cloud service delivery excellence. You partner with business and IT stakeholders to manage requests and guarantee performance, continuity, and quality across the cloud portfolio. You work within Platform u0026amp; Operations to drive service performance, governance, and continuous improvement. You will influence the evolution of the service catalog, processes, and collaboration with internal customers and providers. This is an opportunity to shape how cloud services are provisioned and governed at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collect, qualify, centralize cloud infrastructure requests; assess feasibility with cloud architects; maintain backlog; facilitate review boards; evolve the service catalog and self-service.
• Own end-to-end service delivery for cloud infrastructure and managed apps; ensure SLAs/OLAs; act as escalation point; coordinate with operations, engineering, and security; lead service reviews; drive improvement plans.




• Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, cloud providers, and partners; manage vendor performance via reviews and SLA tracking.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and processes; ensure accessibility and governance alignment; maintain Confluence spaces and standardized templates. xqbhyrx
• Identify bottlenecks, champion automation and standardization; promote a DevOps/platform engineering culture; drive continuous improvement in run activities.
Responsabilidades
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and governance practices
• Solid understanding of Cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or equivalent
• Understanding of CMDB / data quality management (nice to have)
• Budget follow-up and cost control awareness (nice to have)
• Experience with SAP BASIS, Infrastructure and Cloud environments
• Interest in leveraging new technologies to improve service delivery and efficiency
