Workster is partnering with a leading European BPO to hire enthusiastic Spanish Digital Trust & Safety specialists for their growing Team, working from Sofia.
You will be moderating the content of a major international company.
Your Role
* Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies
* Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
* Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
* Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks Your Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish (C1)
* B2 or higher English language skill
* Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and culture of the market(s)
