As a Site Reliability Engineer at Kyndryl, you drive reliability and resilience across mission-critical systems, partnering with customers to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and improve incident management processes and escalations
• Design and implement application monitoring to meet reliability targets
• Define service level indicators and objectives with stakeholders
• Architect and deploy reliable, scalable systems across Linux, networking, storage, and hyperscaler clouds
• Work with open-source tooling and modern automation (CI/CD, IaC)



to enhance operations
• Identify and mitigate operational issues to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Collaborate across DevSecOps, development, and operations teams to align on reliability goals
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative tooling in production environments
Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years in operational management including incident management and escalations
• Experience designing and implementing monitoring for reliability and performance xqbhyrx
• Experience defining SLOs/SLIs with cross-functional teams
• Enterprise environment skills: Linux (RHEL preferred), networking, storage, hyperscaler cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency with data formats and scripting (JSON, YAML, Bash)
