In this role you drive the architecture of enterprise-scale AI and data platforms for international markets, shaping AI-enabled solutions from concept to production. You work with business, product, engineering, and partners to ensure value, governance, and regulatory alignment. You’ll lead the adoption of modern AI patterns to improve data, analytics, and customer experiences at scale. This is a high-impact position in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment that values innovation and responsible AI.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and own enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms for multiple use cases (internal pilots, automation assistants, knowledge discovery, customer-facing AI)
• Define reference target-state data and AI architectures aligned to enterprise standards
• Act as senior architectural authority for AI-enabled data solutions ensuring reuse and sustainability
• Advise leadership on AI strategy, feasibility, and adoption paths across AI/ML and data domains
• Architect patterns and standards for AI model lifecycle, data pipelines, feature engineering and design artefacts
• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end data and AI solution designs




• Provide architecture governance through reviews and standards definition
• Capture and manage architectural risks, issues, and assumptions with business impact
• Support business case development for data- and AI-led change
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment to outcomes
• Lead selection and assessment of third-party data and AI solutions and manage supplier relationships
• Mentor architects and development teams to embed AI principles and standards
• Contribute to maturity of Cigna's data and AI architecture capability through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• 10+ years building and architecting large-scale software or AI systems
• 5+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI
• Experience in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, insurance)
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders (English C2)
