In this role you will evolve the Star Trek Fleet Command franchise within Scopely's Live Games. You work with cross-functional teams to define goals, analyze player behavior, and monitor outcomes to drive long-term game health. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform feature direction and live-ops decisions. Your work will blend analytics, storytelling, and influence to level up product performance in a general mobile games portfolio.

• Analyze rich player data to identify opportunities for feature improvements and growth
• Model and track data events, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data quality
• Use SQL and Python to perform deep-dive analyses and evaluate impact of launches and events
• Apply statistical modeling,



causal inference, and ML methods to understand metric changes
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights for product, design, economy, engineering, and leadership
• Present findings to diverse stakeholders with storytelling and influencing skills to inform decisions
Responsabilidades
• Proven track record in analyst, data scientist, or BI-related roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL with large, xqbhyrx complex datasets
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with statistical modeling, causal inference, experimentation, and/or ML
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and method selection
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Compelling presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Independent mindset with curiosity and rigor
