In this role you will lead a mission-critical safety and integrity function, owning end-to-end compliance and guiding governance committees. You will drive prevention-focused culture to protect customers and strengthen trust across product launches. You’ll translate risk insights into preventive actions, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met. This is a high-impact position with visibility and opportunities to shape safety governance and organizational culture.

• Manage the offer safety system with Steering and Review Committees at entity level
• Approve severity classifications for releases and execute safety alerts per prevention directives




• Develop and deploy safety prevention plans prioritized by business analysis and risk assessment
• Conduct maturity assessments and ensure safety training and regulatory compliance across teams
