You will drive end-to-end logistics performance for a designated flow in Spain, shaping carrier performance and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional and external partners to reduce cost and lead times while ensuring reliable delivery to merchants and customers. You’ll build and refine procedures, data-driven planning, and systems to improve throughput and KPI outcomes. This position supports global expansion and logistics optimization within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

• Manage end-to-end logistics performance from paid order to final delivery
• Coordinate capacity allocation with procurement, finance, and strategy teams to reduce cost and lead time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to capture and use data for better operational intelligence
• Identify pain points, propose optimal KPI-driven solutions, and build procedures for improved end-to-end performance




• Develop and launch solutions including internal system features, supplier platforms, driver apps, shipment tracking software, consolidation operations, and warehouse management systems
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, write business recommendations, and ensure changes are implemented with quality
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years in UK/EU e-commerce warehousing and fulfillment
• Familiar with FM consolidation, MM and LM or E2E Warehouse Operations
• Experience with stakeholder xqbhyrx engagement and system changes; building from scratch is a plus
• Data-oriented with ability to create planning models; SQL or Python skills preferred
• Ability to write comprehensive documentation and prepare business cases
• Fluent in English; Spanish communication能力 (fluency) required
• Experience with platform logistics in Europe and relationships with major courier companies (preferred)
• Willingness to short-term travel within Europe and UK (preferred)
