As Data Migration Analyst, you will lead end-to-end data transfer from legacy to new environments, ensuring data quality and alignment with business requirements. You will design mappings, develop validation tests, and resolve data issues in collaboration with IT and business units. The role emphasizes ETL, data cleansing, and post-migration support to maximize data usability in the new system. You will work in an agile, technology-driven environment and help minimize disruption during migrations.

• Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
