As a Go-focused developer for Schwarz Digits, you will build and operate high-performance Managed Database Services and cloud-native platform components. You will shape architecture for gRPC-based services, ensure robust observability, and scale our database and messaging stack within an agile team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional peers to advance distributed systems and infrastructure-as-code, helping deliver secure, reliable digital capabilities across Europe.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and operate high-performance Managed Database Services with a focus on Go
• Architect, implement, and optimize gRPC-based services and messaging with NATS
• Ensure reliable observability using OTEL (OpenTelemetry)
• Develop solutions for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB and optimize their integration




• Contribute knowledge of Kubernetes (Deployments, Networking, Service Management) to advance the platform
• Drive automation and scaling of infrastructure using DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches
• Work in an agile team using Jira
Responsabilidades
• Go developer with experience in distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of Go, gRPC, xqbhyrx and NATS
• Familiarity with observability technologies (OTEL, logging, monitoring)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB
• Understanding of challenges in developing database-driven applications
• Proficiency in Kubernetes—Deployments, Networking, and Service Management
• Experience in agile software development and cross-functional teams
