In this role, you will lead design management within a multidisciplinary project setting, driving design excellence and coordination across civil, structural, architectural, MEP and related teams. You will act as the main liaison between design u0026amp; build contractors, stakeholders and leadership, guiding design reviews and ensuring deliverables meet project needs. You’ll manage design risks and support value engineering, constructability and safety reviews to enable seamless project delivery. This position offers the chance to shape complex, data centre-focused projects within a global professional services environment.

• Lead and own the Design Management Plan with clear structure and delivery
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Process Engineering disciplines plus construction, security and workplace strategy teams
• Serve as central point of contact between Design u0026 Build contractors, stakeholders and leadership
• Organize and facilitate design reviews, workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Oversee full design coordination process ensuring consistency across packages
• Manage design risks,



issues and changes through to resolution
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements before submission
• Support value engineering, constructability and safety-in-design reviews
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and technical approvals with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the Quality Control Program including audits and issue resolution
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment xqbhyrx
• Strong background in technical project management within complex, multidisciplinary environments
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience in data centre projects is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Spanish and English
