In this role, you will directly support Stryker Joint Replacement products, including MAKO robotics, in theatre and clinical settings. You will collaborate with the regional sales team to deliver training and events, while ensuring excellent service and asset management. You’ll support both robotic and manual procedures, conduct product trials, and help tailor solutions to the local healthcare environment. This position offers hands-on training, a field-based footprint, and opportunities to advance within a global medical technology leader.

• Support existing and new customers in theatre and clinical environments
• Provide training for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacements
• Coordinate training workshops and events with the regional sales team
• Audit theatre stock and manage consignment inventory
• Conduct product trials/evaluations in theatre and clinical settings




• Implement training and introduce new Stryker products or services
• Communicate product features and clinical applications to customers
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly objectives and liaise with sales to follow up on opportunities
• Represent Stryker with professional ethics and integrity
• Understand local healthcare environment and regional strategy
• Execute additional duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare or related field
• 2-3 years xqbhyrx healthcare experience
• Native or C2 Spanish and advanced English (C1)
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Valid EU driver’s license
• Experience with implants and operating rooms a plus
• MBA or Masters a plus
