In this role you will support regional FPu0026amp;A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning, with a focus on AI-enabled insights to boost accuracy and decision-making. You will produce management reports, ensure financial controls, and partner with stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions in a multinational hospitality context. You’ll leverage AI tools for anomaly detection, scenario modelling, and performance deep-dives to support strategic decisions. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes to set robust targets
• Produce recurring and ad hoc management reports and ensure reporting accuracy

• Perform variance analysis between actuals and plan/forecast and identify key drivers




• Conduct business support analyses including risk/opportunity assessment and benchmarking

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of Big Four or FPu0026A/controlling experience in multinational settings
• Bachelor in Finance or related field (minimum)
• Experience with financial xqbhyrx systems and BI tools; AI-enabled analytics experience is advantageous
• Solid FPu0026A, analytical, and communication capabilities
• English language required; other European languages desirable
