In this role you contribute to the digital transformation of Finance and Risk by driving process improvements within the BOOST Fronting team. You will work across international Finance/Risk stakeholders to capture needs, design automation and digitalization plans, and coordinate timely delivery through FRS Target solutions and CoE offerings. You’ll help shape the application road map and ensure alignment between tactical actions and target architectures. This role offers cross-cultural collaboration and exposure to innovative tools in a fast-moving finance environment.

• Capture and prioritize business needs and demands backlog; drive process reengineering and problem solving
• Coordinate project resources across BOOST CoE, manage budgets and track ITG project launches
• Bridge business teams with relevant FRS teams and share needs with the community on a regular basis

• Report progress and improvements to finance management with clear deliverables
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and agile delivery in an international setting
Responsabilidades
• +5 years of portfolio management experience in the finance sector
• +5 years of project management experience
• English proficiency required; French is a plus
• strong finance xqbhyrx domain and BNPP knowledge appreciated
• experience in an international environment is advantageous
• experience applying agile methodologies
• excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• team-oriented, results-driven, able to work in multicultural settings
• training, coaching and change management abilities
• knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting processes, standards and controls
