In this role you will lead and shape the MKIII industrialization within AHE, acting as the interface to support FAL/FL implementation and ensure timely industrial system strategy for RF assembly. You will leverage AHE’s existing know‑how to maximize DtX opportunities and optimize production cost, while strengthening downstream upstream influence. You will coordinate cross‑site and cross‑functional teams to deliver industrialization milestones up to MG7 and define a robust AS‑IS for RF assemblies. This is a mission‑critical position focused on sustainable industrial readiness and program alignment at Airbus Helicopters España.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead MKIII industrialization workshare and interface with MKIII program for FAL/FL implementation
• Deliver industrialization outputs up to MG7 for the AHE perimeter
• Strengthen EDI‑AHE connection and alignment between AHE, IPO team, and France




• Analyze and define the end‑to‑end Industrial System strategy for RF assembly to meet MCA targets
• Perform 4‑squares evaluation and use modeling/simulation techniques for decision making
• Define RF assembly strategy inputs for future programs and major upgrades
• Identify and secure reporting lines to France for alignment and governance
• Promote integrity and compliance as foundational to program success
Responsabilidades
• Professional xqbhyrx experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across sites
• Experience with industrialization processes and program interfaces
• Knowledge of RF assemblies and MCA targets is advantageous
• Ability to conduct analytical evaluations and model/simulate industrial systems
• Stakeholder management and reporting to senior leadership
