In this role you will lead advanced planning and scheduling for major projects, applying risk analysis and change management to help projects meet objectives. You’ll implement planning strategies, develop WBS/CBS with project teams, and produce progress and risk-focused reports. You’ll work with cross-functional leads to forecast resources and assess schedule impact, shaping project outcomes at scale within a global firm.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Implement project planning/scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor responsibilities
• Coordinate development and implementation of WBS and CBS with Project Lead, Cost Engineer and contractor controls leads
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress and customized reports
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
• Conduct schedule analyses including critical path and schedule risk analysis




• Analyze deviations from baseline, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
• Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports and other reports/presentations
• Analyze and highlight schedule impact of variances/change orders
• Prepare resourcing plans and advise on peak leveling
Responsabilidades
• Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management
• Experience preferably in Data xqbhyrx Centres, Life Sciences/Pharma or related sectors
• Expert experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions
• Able to develop good working relationships with project team
