In this role you drive the growth and profitability of ALOHAS' Outlet channel by managing off-price and private-sale partnerships. You will negotiate terms, curate product mix, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to ensure smooth, profitable campaigns. You help scale a sustainability-driven business by optimizing margins without compromising brand image. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage and grow off-price/private-sale partner portfolio and identify new channel opportunities
• Negotiate commercial terms for campaigns to maximize margin while protecting brand image
• Prepare deal proposals with economic summaries for Sales sign-off
• Select product mix for campaigns in coordination with Merchandising/Planning
• Coordinate campaign launches and follow-ups with Operations and IT (e.g., Shopify/Syncio)




• Resolve operational issues on partner orders (shipping mapping, invoicing, taxes)
• Work with Finance to validate invoicing, VAT, terms and credit lines
• Monitor campaign performance and report results to Sales
• Contribute to Outlet channel strategy and propose process improvements
Responsabilidades
• 2–4 years in wholesale/off-price/B2B commercial roles, preferably in fashion/retail/e-commerce
• Proven negotiation skills with ability to defend margins xqbhyrx with international partners
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for deal economic analysis
• Fluent English; French is a plus
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and managing several deals simultaneously
• Detail- and data-oriented, autonomous, end-to-end project ownership
