In this role, you protect Roche Manufacturing systems and networks from cybersecurity threats while aligning with Roche manufacturing cybersecurity standards. You will support OT system planning, risk assessments, and security design reviews, working closely with system owners and vendors. You contribute to the development of cybersecurity standards, monitor OT security, and lead incident response efforts. This position offers cross-site collaboration within a dedicated security engineering team and a chance to impact manufacturing resilience at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Participate in design reviews, integration, testing, and documentation for new OT systems and changes
• Support development of Manufacturing Cybersecurity standards and baselines during OT planning and risk assessment
• Advise system owners on appropriate security measures to mitigate risk
• Coordinate OT services delivered by vendors
• Review local technical designs as part of Manufacturing Cybersecurity Requests (ServiceNow)
• Design and sustain OT Security Monitoring (IIDS) at the site
• Provide technical support during incident response, including forensic investigation
• Collaborate with System Owners xqbhyrx and Cybersecurity Site Representatives to drive cross-site initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Experience managing end-to-end security analysis tasks
• Proven ability to manage diverse cross-functional stakeholders
• Track record as incident lead or security project owner
• Bachelor's degree in Computing Engineering, Automation Engineering or similar (asset)
