As a Partner Manager, you drive revenue by selling Veeam’s software through major channel partners (VARs, CSPs, MSPs) focused on VMware, Microsoft, and other on-prem or cloud virtualization solutions. You recruit, enable, and develop partners, building executive relationships and co-selling with Veeam Account Managers to close large enterprise deals. Based in Madrid with hybrid remote work, you’ll shape a territory plan, expand the partner network, and contribute to Spain’s enterprise sales growth. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and help scale our channel-driven strategy.

Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years of sales experience in a channel-focused company
• Proven track record selling through channel partners
• Knowledge of virtualization technology; Microsoft knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of IT storage and compute vendors; SI, hyperscalers in Spanish market a plus
• Experience in software backup channel sales desirable
• Excellent xqbhyrx written and spoken communication skills
• Strong teamwork in a multicultural environment
• Business acumen and proactive lead generation initiatives
• Fluent in English and Spanish
