In this Engineering Manager role, you will oversee FEED/EPC design, detailed engineering, and feasibility studies for complex oil and gas projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on time, manage budgets, and ensure technical integrity across all design deliverables. You will coordinate reviews, approvals, and engineering changes, while partnering with contractors and project stakeholders. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Ensure technical integrity and compliance with legislation, codes, and design basis
• Coordinate technical audits and design reviews across packages
• Review and approve critical multidisciplinary documents and RFIs
• Monitor contractor quality and drive corrective/preventive actions within the Project Quality system
• Manage competency, productivity, KPI setting,



and performance assessments for the engineering team
• Assess and adjust resource loading; manage leaves, time sheets, and handovers
• Approve engineering concessions and oversee engineering design changes with multi-discipline impact
• Provide input to lessons learned and feed back into project governance and improvement initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 20+ years in oil u0026 gas with 5+ years in Mega Oil u0026 Gas xqbhyrx or petrochemical projects
• 5+ years GCC project experience; ADNOC project experience required
• Offshore project experience; Greenfield and brownfield project exposure
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Supervisory and leadership experience; ability to prioritize and delegate
