We are looking for an engineering manager to build an engineering team focused on ownership and minimal process. The manager will guide the team in Europe, help them grow, and maintain a high level of autonomy while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on product and technical specs, helping engineers cut scope and improve quality.
- Grow engineers so they can drive large, loosely defined projects with little intervention.
- Occasionally jump into system code to debug issues, ship small fixes, or improve developer experience.
- Lead projects such as data generation and simulation in demo accounts that impact business.
Qualifications
- Passionate about management and technical work; able to hold deep technical conversations with a diverse range of engineers.
- Enjoy driving people to perform, giving difficult feedback, and building systems that support high autonomy.
- Excellent communicator and facilitator of change at individual and organizational levels.




- Deep understanding of what makes top engineers excel; experience recruiting, coaching, and growing them.
- Comfortable with high‑trust, high‑autonomy environment and adept at building feedback loops.
- Prefer early in leadership journey with drive to grow into a great leader.

Compensation Range: €76K - €185K.
