As Product Director for Professional Services, you own the vertical product vision and roadmap to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You will partner with horizontal product teams to deliver end-to-end platform value and own the commercial case for vertical success. You’ll translate PSO market dynamics and AI-enabled pricing changes into a differentiated product strategy. You work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate direction and drive growth with measurable outcomes. This is a chance to shape a specialized PSO ERP, balancing industry depth with platform cohesion.

• Translate workflows into actionable requirements across ERP modules and gather validation from customers and analysts
• Champion AI and automation to deliver differentiators for PSOs
• Lead a prioritized backlog with clear outcomes, success metrics, and release plans
• Develop industry-specific solution blueprints and reference configurations




• Provide industry expertise to product marketing, sales, and pre-sales for effective positioning
• Collaborate with horizontal product teams to reflect PSO needs in platform investments
• Partner on launch readiness, pricing, packaging, and field enablement for new capabilities
• Engage with strategic customers and the PS Industry Board to validate roadmap and co-innovate
• Monitor competitors and inform positioning in light of offerings from NetSuite, Workday, Deltek, Kantata
• Work with partners to extend the PSO value proposition
Responsabilidades
• Proven product management experience building enterprise software xqbhyrx (ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS) for professional services
• Deep operational knowledge of PSOs: pipeline-to-revenue, utilization economics, engagement profitability, and billing models
• Strong understanding of PSO processes: project accounting, billing, planning, time u0026 expense, and resource planning
• Clear perspective on AI’s impact on PSO business models and ERP needs
• Commercial orientation with understanding of ARR, win rate, and retention impacts
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement at C-suite and practitioner levels
