In this role you will lead the end-to-end MAIT process for launcher programs, delivering a shopfloor-ready, time- and cost- optimized manufacturing and assembly solution. You will work within a multi‑discipline team to define products, processes and industrial means, ensuring alignment with project requirements and business standards. You tackle technical challenges, drive schedule adherence, and manage changes to keep quality and cost targets. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to shape industrialization and supplier strategies, delivering robust build processes. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a mission‑driven aerospace environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead definition of end-to-end MAIT process for production
• Support PFMA, DMU reviews and concurrent MFTs with Design Engineering, Industrial Means, Quality and Production
• Define and validate DFM inputs and final product structure
• Develop build processes,



consolidate industrial product definitions and simulate processes
• Contribute to industrial planning: balance line, adjust times and lead times
• Provide supplier industrialization support and bid/tender management
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation (BOMs, routings, work instructions, data packs)
• Support shopfloor execution, provide technical feedback, drive continuous improvement
• Manage non-conformances, lessons learned, and documentation updates
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years xqbhyrx in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering background
• Advanced English
• Technical knowledge: SAP, CATIA
• Experience with build processes, tolerance analysis and digital product definitions
• Experience in supplier industrialization and in managing supplier work packages
