In this role you will lead engineers on scalable, cloud-native AI-enabled backend projects. You’ll work within a cross-functional, high-performing team to design microservices, implement AWS-based solutions, and integrate AI capabilities. The position sits in Madrid or Barcelona with hybrid work, and requires a valid work permit in Spain. You help shape architectural decisions, mentor peers, and drive DevOps best practices with impact on product delivery and innovation.

• Lead technical implementation of cloud-native applications in AWS




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into backend services and data workflows

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of professional software experience
• Experience with Java + Spring Boot or Python + FastAPI and microservices
• Experience in microservices architectures
• Experience in technical leadership xqbhyrx roles (team lead or manager)
• English level B2 or higher
• Native Spanish
• Nice to have AWS experience (certification or project)
• Nice to have AI implementation project experience
