Are you a Workday professional looking to grow your career within an international organisation?

We’re delighted to be partnering with a global company that is currently expanding its Workday function in Spain , creating an exciting opportunity to join an established team delivering projects with integral impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic, collaborative environment and is ready to contribute to strategic HR systems initiatives while continuing to develop their technical expertise. You’ll join a supportive and people-focused business that values knowledge sharing and offers genuine opportunities for progression .

As a Workday Functional Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Workday Product Owner and international colleagues to manage enhancements, roll out new functionalities, and optimise existing modules . You’ll also collaborate with an implementation partner and act as a key Workday contact for Spain,



ensuring smooth communication between local stakeholders and the wider global HRIS team.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to €65,000 , plus benefits and a hybrid working model.

Requirements:

- Strong functional and configuration experience in Workday

- Background in Workday HCM Core, Time Tracking, Absence, or Reporting is desirable, though experience in other modules will also be valued

- Knowledge of Workday Security would be advantageous

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working both autonomously and within a global team

- Based in Madrid , available for a hybrid work arrangement (approximately four days in the office)

- Fluency in English required
