In this role you support operations to plan, manage, and optimize resources for higher throughput and efficiency. You contribute to continuous improvement and projects for customers, and help implement new workflows across departments. You’ll map warehouse activities to identify inefficiencies and standardize improvements in daily routines. You work with Lean, Kaizen, and digitalization to reduce manual processes, and assist with WMS/ERP optimization and performance reporting. This hands-on, fast-paced role offers cross-functional impact and on-site collaboration.

• Assist implementation of new solutions and procedures to improve daily workflows
• Map warehouse activities and labor processes to identify inefficiencies
• Refine and document operational workflows to ensure standardized improvements
• Contribute to Lean and Kaizen initiatives




• Support digitalization efforts and data flow enhancements
• Assist in improving WMS/ERP systems by identifying gaps with internal stakeholders
• Prepare operational reports for management and client performance reviews
• Analyze SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards
• Participate in daily and weekly Operations team meetings
Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years in a similar role within logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing
• Hands-on exposure to operational environments with a focus on on-site process improvement
• Experience in continuous improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
• Comfort with xqbhyrx data and deriving insights
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Visio
• Familiarity with WMS and/or ERP systems is a strong plus
• Fluent English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
• Availability to work on-site and travel between Palau-solità i Plegamans and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda
• Own vehicle required
