International Product Manager – Endodontics
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
Salary: €41,000 fixed salary + 10% annual performance bonus
Travel: approximately 15–25% international travel
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of international product strategies.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
- Identify market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis.
- Develop product positioning, pricing recommendations and value propositions.
- Support international product launches alongside cross‑functional teams.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, distributors and commercial teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Category Management within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
- Experience working with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to turn customer insights into business opportunities.




- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate studies considered an advantage.
- Fluent English required; Spanish and English bilingual capabilities highly valued.
Benefits & Working Conditions
Competitive rewards: €41,000 fixed salary and 10% annual performance bonus.
Hybrid working model with versátil arrangements.
Balance: 24 working days of annual leave, additional paid leave on 24 December, 31 December and the employee’s birthday.
Summer hours (July–August) from 08:00 to 15:00 and intensive schedule Fridays.
