As a Staff Engineer at Perk, you own technical vision across multiple flights teams and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable features. You will work closely with product, design, and operations to translate business goals into architecture and impactful projects. The role blends hands-on coding with mentoring and cross-team coordination to move large initiatives forward. Expect to shape how we build a global platform and lead reliability-focused engineering in a fast-growing domain.

Responsabilidades
• Product engineering mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Experience coordinating significant multi-team technical initiatives
• Strong architectural judgment for scalable, evolvable systems
• Experience running services in production (monitoring, testing, deployment)
• Domain complexity xqbhyrx experience (flight/travel or fintech)
• Backend-heavy with frontend comfort; proficient in Python; AWS experience
• Operational maturity (SLOs, incidents, blameless post-mortems)
• Mentorship experience and ability to raise engineers' skills
• Interest in AI-augmented workflows and AI-assisted code review
