As Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will design and execute tests for complex 3D CAD apps, APIs, and AI-powered tools, ensuring seamless integration with medical systems. You’ll contribute to both manual and automated testing, build and maintain Python-based test frameworks, and manage data sets for AI model evaluation. You will validate AI-driven features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence QA processes across multi-regional development teams. This role offers impact on digital treatment planning and AI integration at Align’s innovation frontier.

• Design and execute test plans for software and APIs
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Python-based frameworks (pytest)




• Validate AI-driven features and algorithms in the application
• Prepare and curate datasets for AI model training/testing
• Analyze test results and coordinate with developers to resolve issues
• Estimate testing scope and plan/monitor testing for projects
• Prepare test documentation (test strategy, xqbhyrx plans, RTM)
• Lead testing of team features through the path-to-production flow
• Set up CI for feature branches and support test regression
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI components integrate smoothly
• Contribute to continuous QA process and tool enhancement
