In this role you will develop and scale ML solutions end-to-end within a global fragrance and ingredients leader. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems, applying robust MLOps practices and data-driven thinking. You’ll tackle real-world Ru0026amp;D challenges, ensuring compliant and ethical AI deployment. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines integrated into solid software architectures
• Implement and maintain MLOps workflows including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices




• Work in an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value with data privacy and ethics in mind
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to convert complex challenges into technical requirements
Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of IT/engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and some technical leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Python and solid understanding of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure xqbhyrx ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring of AI systems
• Experience working in Agile environments with ability to communicate technical concepts to tech and non-tech stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus
