¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Lead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, establishing structures, processes and financial strategy.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and internal standards.
- Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including international HQ, to support strategic decision-making.




- Drive performance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure all financial activities are aligned with corporate governance and brand standards.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management roles, ideally within hospitality, entertainment or similarly dynamic sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Experience working with international organisations and collaborating with global HQ teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- High proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- A proactive, hands-on and adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
