In this role you ensure Swan’s operations stay compliant with Spanish regulation, serving as AMLRO for Spain. You’ll oversee regulatory changes, submit documentation, and act as the escalation point for FinCrime investigations. You’ll assess regulatory aspects of business use cases and new products, maintain internal compliance materials, and monitor regulatory developments with Spanish authorities. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape compliant, secure banking features while supporting Swan’s mission.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage regulatory changes and implement Spain-specific requirements
• Own submission of regulatory documents under supervision of Head of Compliance
• Serve as escalation point for FinCrime investigations




• Assess regulatory aspects of business use cases and new products/services
• Contribute to maintenance of internal compliance documentation
• Conduct regulatory watch on Spanish banking supervision matters
• Act as primary contact for Spanish regulators (Banco de España, SEPBLAC, CNMV)
Responsabilidades

• Excellent knowledge of Spanish banking regulations xqbhyrx and payment ecosystem
• Problem solver mindset with proactive, autonomous work style
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English
