As an EMEA PD Partner Manager, you will lead the growth and quality of our Professional Development partner network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll recruit and enable facilitators, coach partners to raise training standards, and ensure consistent regional program delivery. Your work spans coordinating events, regional messaging, and performance tracking to demonstrate impact to leadership. This role combines ecosystem management with hands-on instructional coaching to scale high-impact educator development across the region.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and independent facilitators across the region
• Drive partner success by reviewing regional applications, delivering targeted feedback to candidates, and guiding onboarding
• Elevate facilitation standards by hosting upskilling workshops, creating custom training guides, and observing workshops for coaching




• Serve as the strategic bridge between external partners and internal regional teams
• Streamline and localize key programmatic messaging through regional newsletters
• Support regional partner events from inception to execution
• Maintain operational tracking across the region by monitoring core partner performance metrics
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to support business reviews and provide updates to leadership
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years xqbhyrx of instructional coaching or corporate training experience in education technology or K-12/Higher Education
• Experience creating training guides, learning materials, and delivering engaging workshops
• Experience planning and coordinating event logistics from inception to execution
• Experience navigating localized educational landscapes across EMEA
