In this role you will enable scalable, finance-sound approaches for new products, non-standard deals, and strategic partnerships. You’ll partner with Product, Commercial, Technology, and Finance to standardize patterns, govern new business processes, and ensure Finance readiness from ideation to launch and scaling. You’ll translate business needs into actionable financial requirements and drive end-to-end delivery, impact tracking, and cross-functional governance. This position offers a visible, impact-driven path shaping Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Represent Finance in cross-functional squads (Product, Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, IIT/Ru0026D, Tax, Controlling, OTC, Treasury) from ideation through build and run
• Advise and negotiate setups that reduce Finance enablement cost while meeting commercial and client requirements
• Lead the Finance Viability assessment and maintain the internal Finance Viability Template across commercial model, billing, tax, accounting, reporting and treasury topics
• Translate Finance requirements into clear, actionable asks for Product and IIT (tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria) and follow through UAT to go-live
• Steer the product / deal / partnership through go-live and hypercare, tracking financial outcomes and operational health
• Industrialize new business patterns by identifying recurring patterns and designing reusable enablers (billing design, reporting logic, approval rules)




• Contribute to the NBFE catalog of standards, playbooks, and knowledge base
• Support and improve governance for new business: pre-approvals/DoA, fast-track vs standard review flows, RACI and SLAs
• Prepare and run finance and cross-functional workshops; communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to manager, finance leadership, impacted teams, Product and Commercial stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Consulting, Audit and/or Project/Program Management
• Strong Finance background with exposure to order-to-cash processes, revenue recognition and margin/cost allocation, and tax/legal entity considerations
• Experience in AdTech or digital platforms is a strong plus
• Solid project/program management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, RAID)
• Experience with Agile environments xqbhyrx
• Strong business and systems acumen: ERP/billing, Salesforce and BI/reporting tools; translate business requirements into system/data implications
• Advanced analytical skills to understand complex commercial models and simulate financial impacts
• Proven ability to drive end-to-end processes and lead cross-functional, multi-system implementations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders; able to present to Executives
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
