In this role you will design and deliver orthodontic education across EMEA, blending traditional and digital workflows to drive clinical excellence and measurable business impact. You will partner with regional teams, KOLs, and stakeholders to create scalable, evidence-based education aligned with regional objectives. You will apply modern learning methods to maximize engagement, track learning outcomes, and continuously optimize content. This position offers impact at scale through cross‑functional collaboration and digital enablement to advance education and adoption.

• Design and execute EMEA orthodontic education programs covering diagnosis and treatment planning with traditional and digital solutions
• Deliver high-quality face-to-face and virtual education (lectures, hands-on workshops, blended learning)




• Ensure programs are evidence-based and tailored to regional market needs
• Apply modern learning methodologies to maximize learner engagement and retention
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders across EMEA; support speaker training and content alignment
• Interpret clinical evidence for practical educational content; manage localization and market prioritization strategies xqbhyrx
• Align education initiatives with regional commercial objectives and product strategies
• Manage education budgets, timelines, and cross-functional inputs using structured project management
• Leverage digital platforms (Teams, Zoom, Office, Power BI) for delivery, reporting, and insights
• Support evolution of digital and hybrid education models
