As Lead Pipeline Engineer, you will direct offshore and subsea pipeline engineering for ADNOC Offshore projects under the PMC model. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compliant, and on-schedule engineering outcomes across concept to start-up. You will shape design reviews, technical solutions, and interfaces with multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with ADNOC standards and international codes. This role offers exposure to large-scale offshore developments and a chance to influence project execution and safety culture.

• Lead and coordinate offshore pipeline engineering activities for oil u0026 gas developments
• Manage a team of Pipeline Engineers, Senior Engineers, Specialists, and Designers
• Ensure deliverables are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet quality requirements
• Provide technical leadership and solutions for complex offshore pipeline systems
• Review EPC Contractor engineering deliverables and provide timely comments
• Monitor engineering progress against project schedule
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across Process, Mechanical, Structural, Civil, Instrumentation, Electrical, Marine, Subsea, and HSE
• Participate in design reviews,



HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/Constructability/Value Engineering and Risk Assessment workshops
• Support engineering change management and Management of Change activities
• Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, offshore installation and hook-up
• Review installation procedures (S-Lay, J-Lay, Reel-Lay, Shore Pull, Tie-In, Hydrotesting, etc.)
• Promote ADNOC HSE culture and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements
• Monitor project risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical capability within the team
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in engineering with 15+ years in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role on major Oil u0026 Gas xqbhyrx or Petrochemical projects
• ADNOC Offshore PMC experience required
• Offshore project experience required
• Extensive experience in PMC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC projects
• Experience with subsea pipelines, flowlines, risers, and brownfield tie-ins
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on large-scale offshore projects
• Experience supporting offshore construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.4/B31.8, API, DNV, ISO, ADNOC standards)
• Proficiency with Design Verification and offshore installation engineering
