In this senior role you define and drive the Financial Lines underwriting strategy for CEMENA, leading regional teams and owning the Pu0026amp;L. You act as a market-facing leader, shaping product suites and risk appetite to deliver sustainable growth across Du0026amp;O, PI, Crime, and Management Liability. You work with actuarial, legal, and compliance to bring new products to market and ensure high underwriting quality. You will partner with brokers and clients to strengthen Chubb’s position in the region while aligning with global priorities. This is a high-impact role that combines technical depth with strategic leadership to influence regional outcomes and market perception.

• Define and execute Financial Lines strategy across CEMENA in line with Chubb’s integral vision
• Deliver regional production targets (NWP, underwriting profit) and manage the Pu0026L
• Maintain underwriting quality and guidelines; drive audit outcomes across markets
• Lead new product development and upgrade primary product suites with cross-functional teams




• Build and mentor a high-performing regional Financial Lines team; develop training and succession plans
• Strengthen producer and broker relationships; tailor distribution strategies for priority markets
• Strengthen marketing and brand positioning; represent Chubb at industry events
• Foster client and stakeholder engagement with a client-centric approach
• Ensure regulatory compliance across CEMENA and engage with regulators as needed
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Finance, Claims, Legal, and Compliance for integrated regional strategy
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of Financial Lines underwriting xqbhyrx experience with leadership and profitable portfolio management
• Deep technical expertise in Du0026O, PI, Crime, and Management Liability
• Experience managing multi-country or regional portfolios, preferably across CEMENA
• Strong commercial acumen with proven Pu0026L ownership
• Established relationships with brokers, producers, and clients in the region
• Proven ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams across diverse geographies
• Fluency in English (C1); additional European languages advantageous
