As a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Mambu, you will build secure, high-performance bank connectivity and payment automation features. You’ll own architectural decisions for complex backend systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions. You’ll shape the technical direction, mentor peers, and drive security-by-design across public and internal APIs. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-paced, innovative fintech environment. You’ll work on critical, high-stakes production issues and help accelerate product velocity.

• Mentor and upskill junior/mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong Golang expertise
• Background in fintech, banking, or payments (SEPA, Swift, Ebics…)
• Proven track record designing and owning distributed backend systems in production
• Strong relational database and SQL skills, including high-concurrency and transactional integrity xqbhyrx
• Experience building high-volume SaaS platforms with maintainable and well-documented code
• Advanced API design skills with focus on security, versioning, and documentation
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
• Curious, product-oriented mindset with high autonomy
