As Product Assurance Manager, you ensure the quality of electronic development processes and align with customer needs within Airbus Crisa’s satellite and launcher programs. You will define and apply the Product Assurance Plan, lead quality reviews, and drive risk management and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to certify conformity and support incident resolution. This role offers impact across programs and an opportunity to shape high-reliability products for aerospace systems.

• Ensure quality interfaces with customers and implement quality plans
• Lead reviews/milestones and justify quality arguments
• Identify and mitigate quality risks and implement Quality Improvement initiatives (APQP)




• Coordinate non-conformance management and root-cause analysis (PFMEA, 5 Why's)
• Ensure consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality know-how
• Drive risk mitigation actions and manage the quality budget
• Certify product conformity and support QA staff in non-conformances handling
Responsabilidades
• More than 5 years of experience in product quality xqbhyrx assurance
• Experience in Manufacturing or Testing, SW Product Assurance or Device (FPGA/ASIC)
• Degree level in Engineering or Physics/Chemistry related fields
• Advanced level of English
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and rigorous approach
