In this role you will lead and shape a unified quality engineering function across Evinova’s portfolio, driving automation, AI-assisted testing, and GA-readiness. You will act as the strongest quality voice, ensuring rapid, reliable releases while managing cross-squad collaboration. Embedding quality early in delivery and building a team capable of multi-product leadership are core outcomes. This is a hands-on, impact-driven leadership opportunity within AstraZeneca’s health tech ecosystem.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Consolidate distributed testing teams into a single, unified function with a clear leadership layer
• Define org structure, standards, and run the testing function across products
• Own GA-readiness standards and enforce testability and shipability across the portfolio
• Lead the shift from manual to automated testing; set automation roadmap and tool decisions
• Direct CI/CD integration, test pipelines, and coverage metrics to improve release quality
• Establish traceability infrastructure for GxP compliance and audit readiness




• Define and implement AI evaluation frameworks, model regression testing, and documentation standards
• Embed AI tools in the testing workflow for faster, smarter testing and AI-assisted QA
• Develop a metrics framework to visualize quality across engineering, product, and leadership
• Collaborate across squads to embed quality earlier in delivery and reduce rework
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in quality, software, or product engineering with at least 3 years leading quality/testing at senior level
• Proven track record building xqbhyrx test automation programs from low maturity
• Experience consolidating fragmented testing across multiple teams and products
• Knowledge of GxP and requirements traceability in regulated software
• Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Experience defining or operating evaluation frameworks for AI/ML features in production
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Science
• Proven ability to lead in multi-product, high-complexity environments
