As a Logistics Specialist at CHEP, you will ensure a constant, cost-effective supply of equipment to retailers and manufacturers. You will oversee order processing, fleet routes, and real-time issue resolution to deliver on-time service. You will work with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business goals and track key performance metrics. This role supports CHEP's sustainable share-and-reuse model and offers hybrid work in an international, diverse environment. You will shape efficient logistics solutions and customer satisfaction at scale.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee order processing to ensure on-time deliveries and monitor logistics performance
• Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring schedule adherence and minimal disruptions
• Serve as primary contact for customers, handling queries and urgent requests in real-time
• Support central teams in resolving logistics incidents with minimal service impact
• Track metrics on-time delivery, transport quality,



and customer satisfaction; address variances
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve service through collaboration
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and supply chain to align logistics with broader business goals
• Daily management of order processing and route/delivery coordination
• Local-level customer collaboration and coordination with service centers and providers
• Short-term planning to resolve urgencies
Responsabilidades
• Supply chain xqbhyrx experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
• 1-3 years experience in a supply chain environment
• Knowledge of transport planning and tendering is a plus
• Experience with CHEP, SAP, BlueYonder, BlueJay, Excel is a plus
• Office environment experience with frequent customer/provider contact
• Experience handling urgent requests and fast-paced environments
• International office experience is a plus
