In this role you will deliver Hitachi Vantara’s General Delivery Services to customers within defined SOWs, guiding the transition from implementation to operations. You will translate high-level designs into robust technical solutions and provide clear status updates and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers, internal teams, customers, and partners to drive continuous improvement and build strong customer confidence. The role emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and global delivery in a data-driven, diverse environment. Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery
• Strong expertise in storage solutions, particularly mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plus
• Ability to translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Strong problem-solving with proactive, xqbhyrx accountable mindset
• Clear communication of complex technical concepts
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly
