As a Senior Data Engineer, you will shape and maintain team.blue’s central data ecosystem, turning raw data into scalable, high-value data products that form the single source of truth for 60+ brands. You will drive data pipelines, governance, and semantic modeling to power BI, operational efficiency, and AI initiatives. This role blends architecture, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful data solutions at scale. You’ll join a mission-driven, multi-brand environment with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

• Implement data governance frameworks including lineage, metadata management, and quality controls
• Collaborate with Analytics, ML, and AI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Tune data platforms for performance, including xqbhyrx indexing, query optimization, and schema evolution
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of professional data engineering experience
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, STEM, or related field
• Proven track record deploying high-performance data solutions that drive business value
