In this role you lead master planning and urban development projects within a multidisciplinary team at AECOM, guiding concept and detailed design and managing stakeholder environments in international contexts. You provide urban design expertise, coordinating with teams to develop sustainable, economically viable and resilient urban solutions. You will engage clients, present proposals, and ensure regulatory alignment while identifying risks and opportunities. This is a global role with impact on large-scale urban interventions.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead the preparation and delivery of large-scale master planning projects
• Develop urban design concepts, master plans, and public realm strategies for projects of varying scales
• Conduct site analysis, policy reviews, benchmarking studies, and urban design assessments
• Provide technical leadership in urban development and sustainable city development
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
• Present design proposals to clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure planning proposals comply with local regulations, international standards and project objectives
• Identify project risks, opportunities and development constraints, proposing effective mitigation measures
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in urban planning, master planning and urban development
• Proven experience leading large-scale international planning projects
• Experience within multidisciplinary xqbhyrx teams
• Demonstrated experience with client engagement
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Experience in Landscape Architecture projects is a plus
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment is advantageous
