In this role you assist the Iberia Recruiting Team from Madrid, ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics for interviewing and events. You act as the frontline contact for candidates and interviewers, maintaining data integrity in Avature and coordinating activity across the recruiting process. You will support interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and offer-related logistics, partnering with senior recruiters to standardize processes. This position combines administration, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration in a globally renowned firm that values diversity and a strong candidate experience.

• Maintain and audit the Avature system as the recruiting system of record
• Coordinate interview logistics, schedule times, and send confirmations; assist with travel arrangements




• Generate interview memos and manage candidate questions; liaison with recruiters
• Track data changes and ensure proper notification across team
• Support standardization of processes and cross-channel support
• Plan and execute recruiting events and logistics; assist with commitments
• Assist with offer letters and closing paperwork; coordinate closing activities and reimbursements
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in HR/Talent Acquisition)
• 1–2 years of talent acquisition experience
• Excellent Spanish and English communication skills
• Portuguese a plus
• Experience with applicant tracking/candidate management systems; Avature preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong interpersonal, proactive, organized, and discreet
