As the Enterprise Product Leader for AskNovartis, you drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of an AI-enabled employee service platform. You will lead cross-functional efforts to scale a single, self-service-focused experience across DDu0026amp;IT and corporate functions, delivering measurable employee value. You shape platform strategy, governance, adoption, and quality to balance speed with readiness. This role combines enterprise product leadership with domain accountability for Ask IT, partnering with architecture, engineering, and external partners to ensure trusted, production-grade delivery.

• Define platform strategy and readiness from PoC to enterprise scale




• Prioritize high-value employee use cases across domains and govern scope
• Drive DDu0026IT service transformation and automation via integrations (ServiceNow, Intune, etc.)
• Design service catalog and knowledge for self-service and AI-assisted interactions
• Own adoption planning and release sequencing across domains and channels xqbhyrx
• Lead testing with end users and ensure AI accuracy, routing, and ticket flows
• Ensure AI trust, transparency, and enterprise-grade integrations with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Intune
• Govern a multi-partner ecosystem, shaping investment cases and tracking value realization
