In this role you will lead engineering delivery, shaping how projects and products are developed and delivered for Thales Cybersecurity u0026amp; Digital Identity. You’ll implement tailored practices, grow delivery teams, and improve efficiency while safeguarding quality across bids and initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risk, plan resources, and drive continuous improvement in a challenging security-focused environment. This is a chance to influence delivery strategy at scale and contribute to trusted digital interactions.

• Deploy tailored practices and tools for SEM and WPM to achieve delivery maturity
• Collaborate with discipline delivery teams to improve efficiency, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions
• Capitalize and share knowledge/assets for the delivery discipline
• Manage and develop people/skills; allocate resources to products/projects
• Oversee Delivery Lead Staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) per requests from PMs/PPMs
• Represent the CC in project reviews
• Review Engineering Deliverability for bids: strategy, schedule, maturity, risk, acceptance, certification, resourcing, E2 strategy, estimates,



contingency
• Contribute to bids/products and project peer reviews to reduce risks and boost delivery confidence
• Assist Eng Manager with other delivery-related activities and information gathering
Responsabilidades
• Master in Engineering or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as Engineering Manager, IT/Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineering Manager
• English and Spanish with high proficiency
• Desire to lead a technical team in a challenging environment
• Strong customer relationship skills and collaborative leadership
• Commitment to continuous improvement xqbhyrx and persuasive communication
• French language is a plus
• Ability to verify technical deliverables (needs, requirements, architecture choices)
• Ability to lead and manage technical projects with clear risk/opportunity guidance
• Stakeholder engagement and goal-setting across diverse groups
• Decision-making under uncertainty
