As Collaboration MS365 Analyst, you will design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across SGS. You will lead tenant management and the Microsoft portfolio to create secure, scalable collaboration environments aligned with corporate standards. You will drive transformation workstreams, coordinate with external partners, and support Mu0026amp;A integration for Microsoft 365 environments. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge collaboration tech and a general, collaborative culture.

• Design and deliver advanced collaboration solutions and lead transformation workstreams

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant management and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Teams Telephony)
• Microsoft xqbhyrx 365 certifications appreciated
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
• Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies
• Strong problem-solving capability
