In this role, you translate ambiguous business intent into a structured, decision-ready understanding and design user-centered solutions that align with operational realities. You’ll frame problems, collaborate across business, product, and engineering teams, and leverage AI-assisted analysis to improve requirements quality and delivery outcomes. • Facilitate structured requirements gathering using workshops and AI-assisted methods
• Create clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Map current and future state business processes (BPMN, swimlanes)

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, global, technology-driven environments
• Strong requirements xqbhyrx elicitation, documentation, and management skills
• Track record of creating business process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product-based delivery
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams
• Exposure to AI-powered tools for analysis, documentation, or workflow optimization (desirable)
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or regulated industries (advantageous)
