In this role you will join Glovo’s HQ Legal Team as a hands-on Labour Lawyer, guiding day-to-day labour implications of the business model and leading litigation support. You will manage inspections, labour trials, and administrative proceedings, while advising on workforce matters related to couriers and operations. You’ll collaborate with external law firms, review documents, and turn complex issues into clear guidance. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to shape legal strategy in a growing marketplace.

Responsabilidades
• 1-2 years of experience in labour law
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus

• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to distill complex matters into clear guidance
